Vinyasa- style free- flow designed to make you feel damn good! We’ll work with the physical body as well as the subtle bodies — mental, emotional, and spiritual — with 60 minutes of flowing and 15 minutes of meditation. Open to all levels.

This prenatal yoga flow intends to bring both peace and power to soon-to-be mamas. Hannah sees pregnancy, birth, and motherhood not as a time to feel limited or handicap, but as a time to witness your greatest potential and feel more connected to your body and sense of self than ever before. Through breath and movement, pelvic floor awareness, birth preparation, and various meditation techniques you will leave feeling renewed and empowered. Courses start Jan 24 or Mar 21
