yoga - birth prep - reiki - rebozo

Each morning Hannah will guide us in a 90 minute Prenatal Yoga class, a Hatha/Vinyasa style to awaken your physical strength, tap into your intuitive power, and flow in a state of loving awareness. Classes will integrate practical birthing tools, rebozo massage, and opportunities for self/spiritual connection and growth. Saturday evening Hannah will offer a special Restorative/Reiki infusion class combining the powers of yoga and reiki, a Japanese healing modality that awakens higher states of consciousness, allowing you to bathe in a calm and loving state and perhaps heal any physical, mental, or emotional blockages you may be working through. Classes are accessible to all levels.

nature immersion

Nestled in a magical garden, surrounded by enchanted pine forests, and banking Swedish rolling hills, Fiskaback Osterlan will instantly welcome you into a state of peace and rejuvenation. The Wildhaga sanctuary is home to an abundance of life, from butterfly filled gardens to its courtyard full of kittens, chickens, and peacocks to fresh herbs and edible delights. We will have an opportunity for a mindful walk through the forest and the fields as well as plenty of free-time to enjoy the vistas and explore on our own.

nourishing meals + workshop

Our chef, Fernanda, will spoil us with delicious and nourishing meals and snacks. The food will be biodynamic, organic, and vegetarian. Vegan or other dietary requests are certainly welcome. We will enjoy three meals per day, with plenty of snacks between as we know how critical it is for pregnant women to stay nourished and hydrated. Our tastebuds will explore fermented foods, seasonal delights, fresh juice, and well-balanced meals with plenty of variety to cover all your cravings/aversions! Fernanda will offer a prenatal nutritional workshop, exploring the topic of East meets West: the crossroads of Western Nutrition and Ayurvedic Nutrition. We will also explore our different cravings/ aversions to use them as tools to awaken our intuition and understanding of what our bodies need during this unique time of life.

the farm + sanctuary

Nestled between a forest and a field lies our home-away-from-home. This idyllic farmstead offers a serene and enriching backdrop to our weekend experience. We will connect to this rural property, enjoying its expansive land, its nearby forest, its elegant minimalism and intentionally-crafted interior, its cozy bedrooms and warm dorm, and its barn dining table with rustic charm. Yoga classes will be held in the amazing womb-like dome or in the warm ‘Stone Room’. Previously owned by a sound healer and a ceramics artist, the energy of this property is quite special!

“This experience was an invaluable one for me during my pregnancy. Not only did I learn so many practical things to feel more prepared during pregnancy and birth, but I also really appreciated the time to reflect and discuss all topics openly with women experiencing similar things. As for all the details, such as the accomodation, the team, the food and the schedule, it was all perfect! I am so happy I took this time for myself during my pregnancy, and would highly recommend this experience to all mammas-to-be.”
